Gordie & Colleen Howe's The Ames Slate Jr. Legends of Sports Most Valuable Honoree Award

This hockey relic from the personal effects of Gordie Howe was on display at the Hockey Hall of Fame from 2019-2022. The glass award with wooden base was presented to Gordie and his wife Colleen for their charitable work with The Howe Foundation. Their names have both been etched on the award along with "M.V.H Award" and a short note on their dedication to youth in sport. It stands approximately 12" tall with base.
